In Brazil, GT Radial Aligns Strategies for 2025

In a scenario marked by numerous challenges, staying updated is essential to remain competitive.
Inspiration, learning, and productive connections marked the Acceleration Convention, promoted in Brazil by the partnership between Magnum Tires and GT Radial. Held on December 5th and 6th at the Mar Plaza Hotel in Recife, the event aimed to align commercial strategies for 2025 and present the companies' perspective for the coming years. During the two days, sales managers from Magnum and tire dealers from all over Brazil, who stood out the most in 2024, had the opportunity to receive important insights and information in pursuit of a positive result this year.
In addition to corporate updates, participants learned about the commercial and marketing campaigns planned for 2025 for both GT Radial and its sister brand Giti. The involvement of both with car manufacturers as suppliers of original equipment tires was another important topic highlighted during the Convention, with a special focus on new technologies for hybrid and electric vehicles.
"In recent years, Giti has consolidated itself as a strategic partner for hybrid and electric vehicle manufacturers located in China, being the main player in this segment. We have specific product lines to meet the demands of these vehicles already circulating in Brazil," says Carlos Spreafico, Original Equipment Account Manager for Latin America.
"In this context, we presented our product lineup developed for electric vehicles, such as the GitiComfort 225 V1, as well as the GT Radial SportActive 2 and GT Radial FE2, both featuring 'EV Ready' technology, meaning tires originally developed for internal combustion vehicles that have also been tested and validated to absorb the different characteristics of new hybrid and electric vehicles," adds Spreafico. Two other highlights that caught the participants' attention were the Savero A/T Pro and Savero M/T Pro, the latest launches from GT Radial for the SUV/4x4 segment, which came to complement the product line with different features and a wider range of sizes.
For GT Radial, it is crucial to be close to those who truly deliver their products to the end consumer, reinforcing all the benefits that the brand's tires can offer. "We have different solutions for different types of needs, and it is our duty to ensure that dealers can identify this and indicate the best tire for each application. Conversely, we can more directly understand our customers' desires and needs and transform them into new solutions and strategies," highlights Spreafico, who also serves as Sales Manager for the aftermarket in Mercosur.
